Franklin is one of the three playable characters in Grand Theft Auto V. He works for an Armenian luxury car dealership which ends up selling cars to those people who can't afford them. When they end up defaulting on the loan, it is Franklin's job to repo the car.

Little is currently known about this character, other than that she appears to be Franklin's girlfriend in Grand Theft Auto V.

Flynn is a major character in Tales of Vesperia. Though he is important to the plot he is not playable in the US version of the game. He is good friends with Yuri best friends actually. Yuri helps the main cast many times throughout their journey.

Fernando Martinez is a character from the Grand Theft Auto series of games. He has appeared in five of the games, solely as a radio personality. In Grand Theft Auto III, he ran a program called Fernando's New Beginnings, where he had husbands getting a mistress. In Vice City, he was a co-host of the Emotion 98.3 radio station, then as the sole host in Vice City Stories.

Frank West is a character and the main protagonist of Dead Rising, as well as the protagonist of Dead Rising 2: Off the Record. He is a photojournalist that used to cover many wars in the past. He is designed to be a normal man, which shows in his appearance, although the player can alter it with many different items.

Frau Engel is a key antagonist in the upcoming shooter, Wolfenstein: The New Order. She is a high ranking Nazi official in the game's alternate history 1960s where the Nazis won World War II.

Forcystus is a minor antagnosit in Tales of Symphonia. He is easily dealth with by Lloyd and his comrades.

Franklin is a character from the Animal Crossing series of games.

Frank Tenpenny is a character and main antagonist in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. He is a member of C.R.A.S.H., which stands for Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums, a group of officers designed to fight against the gangs in Los Santos, along with Eddie Pulaski and Jimmy Hernandez. Tenpenny and his fellow officers are extremely corrupt officers, using their positions in C.R.A.S.H. to extort the gangs into giving them some of their business.
