Handsome Jack is the main protagonist in Borderlands 2. He assumed control of the Hyperion corporation, as well as taking credit for finding the Vault and killing the Destroyer. He has created a station between Pandora and its moon in the shape of a "H," which he can use to send troops and supplies down to Pandora. It can also be used to keep an eye on the players at all times.

Hammer Bro.

The Hammer Bro. is a species of Koopa that appears in the Mario series of games, notably as an enemy to Mario and his friends. They stand upright and usually toss hammers in an arc towards Mario. There are variations to the Hammer Bro., most notably the Fire Bro, which throws fireballs, the Boomerang Bro, who tosses boomerangs, and the Ice Bro, which throws ice balls.

Hsien-Ko

Hsien-Ko is a character in Capcom's Darkstalkers fighting series, with her first appearance being Night Warriors: Darkstalkers' Revenge. She is based off of the Jiang Shi, a Chinese vampire or undead that hops around with its arms outstretched. She is a Dark Hunter, which is someone who hunts and kills Darkstalkers.

Hawkeye Gough is one of the Four Knights of Gwyn and leader of the Dragonslayers in Dark Souls. A bonus character that is only seen in the bonus content, DLC - Artorias of the Abyss, Gough is found in the upper section of the arena in which the player fights Artorias the Abysswalker, which requires the Crest Key found in the Oolacile Township.

Hector Barbossa is a pirate captain and villian in the Pirates of the Caribbean series. In Curse of the Black Pearl, Barbossa was the first-mate aboard Jack Sparrow's ship, The Black Pearl, and convinced Sparrow to give him the location of the treasure before staging a mutiny. He appears as the villain of Port Royale in Kingdom Hearts II and will be a playable character in Disney Infinity.

The Hundred Knights (Hyakkihei in Japanese) is the player character in The Witch and the Hundred Knights.
