Strangers and Freaks

Strangers and Freaks are optional missions (other than Pulling Favors for Tonya) that are marked with a ? on your map. Some can only be triggered by specific characters, and they count towards 100% completion of the game. If you can't find any, make sure you switch between the characters to see if anyone has them.

Random Events

As its name suggests, Random Events are events that any of the chararacters can encounter while exploring the game's map. They occur randomly and some are specific to a certain character, meaning they can only be gotten while playing as them. There are a total of 57 Random Events in the game, with the player having to finish any 14 to get 100% completion. Players also gain earlier than usual access to planes and decent cars, as Trevor is a former military pilot and Michael is fairly wealthy.
