A helmet are an armor used to protect your head it’s created by using a crafting table, the helmet like other armors have different amount of defense depending on what material is used to make it. To create it you need to fill the bottom 6 spots except the center bottom with diamonds, iron ingots, leather, gold ingots or fire (only possible through mods) to make your helmet.
