First go on a walk with a dog and go to the things you might get a collar if your lucky to increase the chance of getting a rare item like this use the clover clock as yur clock once you get the luck collar put in on a dog while clover clock is used and take that dog on a walk and youll find cool stuff like wierd alien mario kart and combat copter
