I had the same problem with Franklin but i have figured out a way to fix it.. You are going to need a save before the heist happened and if you do then you can fix it but if you don't then you are probably screwed. But here is what i did to fix it i had -4 dollars on Franklin on one of my loads before the heist so i went on that load and i killed a few people to make it positive then after you get a positive amount i would probably go like 500 dollars positive then put save on that load to cancel out those -4 dollars that i had so you no longer have those -4 then go and do the heist, beat the game and bam you will receive your payout for all your characters as well as the one that had -4 amount of money. Hopefully this helps you out because i did not like the fact that my favorite characters was dirt broke and the other two that i disliked had all the money.
