I was looking for help on level 95, I am stuck! I watched the video but it didn't look like anything different than how I have been playing...what are the pools of water at the bottom?

I'm on level 79, but when I add the extra moves, they show up on level 65 every single time. Why does that happen and how can I use them where I need then?
