How do I get the crystal on dungeon level 20 in Land of Omar?

I have gone through all dungeons and before killing the biggest boss I have been going back through them to find the places I missed to be able to finish unfinished quests and find the rest of the crystals.
But when I got to the dungeon 17-20 in Land of Omar, I realized I have missed level 20. So I went forward and heard the guy in white saying I haven't brought him a Crystal and he killed me. I came back later and finished him off but now even with having crystal of nobility in my hand I cant pick up the blue/purple crystal anymore!!!!
Now I'm thinking did I screw this game up or there is a way to fix this?
