Can't get my play time bonus

Island Experiment

I got a bonus after 3 minutes of play. I was supposed to get one after 15 minutes and another after an hour. However, the "take" button to claim the bonus can't be clicked. Any idea why?

    not so sure but think you have to pay for bonus' perhaps you used your gems

    Why is it running so slloooowww?

    Since the in-game chat became available, Island Experiment runs too slow to play - even when the chat is "hidden". Is there a way to disable the chat altogether...
