Turtle Rock Studios' Evolve will be free-to-play this coming weekend on the Xbox One and PC. Unfortunately, there's no free-to-play weekend for PlayStation 4 owners.
Xbox One and PC owners will be able to play the base game for free all weekend. The base game includes: four monsters, five modes, 18 hunters, and 19 maps. Season 1 DLC will also be free on Saturday, while Season 2 will be free on Sunday.
All Evolve players will be able to download a variant of the Meteor Goliath character, which comes with a new look, effects, and attacks.
Anyone who purchases a copy of the game after the event will be able to carry over their progress.
