7th Dragon III Code: VFD (3DS) topped the Japanese sales chart for the ending October 18th, according to Media Create. The game sold 72,477 units.
Extreme Dimension Tag Blanc + Neptune VS Zombie Army (PSV) is the only other new game in the top 20 - it debuted in fourth with sales of 19,990 units.
Yo-kai Watch Busters: Red Cat Team / White Dog Squad (3DS) is down one spot to second with sales of 26,512 units, Super Mario Maker (WiiU) is up one to third with sales of 21,357 units, and Splatoon (WiiU) rounds out the top five with sales of 14,680 units.
The PlayStation 4 was the top selling platform at 25,699 units sold. The Nintendo 3DS sold 24,252 units and the PlayStation Vita sold 14,546 units. The Wii U sold 11,658 units, the PlayStation 3 sold 2,105 units, and the Xbox One sold just 438 units.
