Darksiders Warmastered Edition for PC / Windows is a refreshed version of Darksiders – an action-adventure game from 2010. The original game was developed by Vigil Games, while Nordic Games is responsible for the remaster.

The campaign of Darksiders: Warmastered Edition contains practically the same content as the original version. We assume the role of War, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. He falls victim to a conspiracy that leads to a premature end of the world, and sparking a war between Hell and Heaven. For this crime, he is divested of most of his powers, but receives an opportunity to visit the destroyed Earth in order to find the culprits and administer their punishment. Along the way, he will have to face not only the demonic powers ruling the remains of our planet, but also the vengeful angels that are chasing him.

Technical Aspects
The biggest mainstay of Darksiders Warmastered Edition in comparison with the predecessor are visual changes. The game runs in native 1080p, the animations are more fluid, the quality of shadows and graphical effects has been improved, while the texture resolution is now twice as high.
