Favorite games of 2012?

With 2012 over (already!!), what did you enjoy the most in the gaming world last year?

Some of my favorites are The Walking Dead, Borderlands 2 and Dota 2 (even though it's still in beta!).

    @others: Ah, yes, Dishonored was definitely another stellar game. There's a lot of room for improvement though so hopefully the sequel will be even better. I really need to play Far Cry 3 >_>
