    If you are having a technical glitch, like many of us are, go to the G5 web site and submit a "Request". You will have to sign up the first time. Once submitted, you will receive an automated response by email, then it will take some time to get any action out of G5, unfortunately. Oh, and when you submit your glitch info include a description of what you were doing when it occurred and immediately prior, all your platform info including make, model, storage space total and available, memory capacity and available, operating system info and latest update, etc. the more you give them, the faster your Request will be passed to tech support versus getting email after email asking for this stuff!
