How to get unstuck in a quest?

Im at the quest saying to upgrade one puff train to rocket but i have upgrated all my trains to rocket before the quest... so i cant buy any more trains now and i cant finish the quest... any help?

    You can do more then one thing and that is sell a train and buy a puff train then upgrade if you don't want to do that upgrade all your train stations in your city that will add more trains to your inventory
