Quincy Sharp was initially the warden of Arkham Asylum. He has sinister political aspirations, and allows himself to be controlled by the evil Hugo Strange in order to become Mayor of Arkham City and achieve more power. However, he is predictably betrayed by Strange, becoming a prisoner himself.
