Chico was a child soldier of the Sandinista National Liberation Front (FSLN) in the Metal Gear Solid series. He was the younger brother of FSLN comandante Amanda Valenciano Libre.
He appears in both Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, and the upcoming videogame Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes.
