Gust is a recurring character in the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise and is the personification of the game company of the same name, who publishes their games under NIS America.
A young alchemist, she often makes items to sell and help others. She resides in Lastation, where Noire usually comes to her for help, but she often moves around and does things for many people in need of an aid.
