IF is a recurring character in the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise and is the personification of the games co-development company Idea Factory.
As a guild member from one of the Basilicoms, IF travels the world to gain a wide range of knowledge. However, her lone travels have made her slightly selfish and very thick-headed. She likes hi-tech tools and is often found typing in her mobile phone.
