Ruby Heart is one of four characters making their first appearance in Marvel Vs. Capcom 2. She's a French speaking pirate who gathered the game's cast together to defeat Abyss, an evil being draining draining Earth of it's plant life.
After the eventual defeal of Abyss, what remains of him is thrown overboard due damage sustaned in battle, shortly after, she's not seen, or heard from again.
