Nicknamed "Big Bo", Roy Boateng was born in Massachusetts, USA. Roy's father had a job at a small robotics factory, yet Roy spent his entire childhood in dire economic straits. Lacking an aptitude for academics, he stayed in school mostly so that he could play football.
After graduation, he volunteered for the army.
He puts on a hard front towards his fellow squad mates, yet cannot help but be gentle around children and animals. Like Dan, he has been in the Rust Crew for four years, and has the rank of First Sergeant.
He is voiced by Alem Brhan Sapp.
