First Ability

Devour [Keybind: Q]
AbilityAffects
Target Unit Creeps
Consumes an enemy or neutral creep, acquiring any special abilities that it possessed.
  • Range: 300
  • Gold Bonus: 25/50/75/100
  • Cooldown: 70/60/50/40
  • Mana Cost: 60
Lore: Lucifer's appetite and greed are never sated.
  • Can target all creeps other than Ancient, Mechanical or Hero-Creeps (like Warlock's Golem or Visage's Familiars).
  • Cannot be purged.
  • Can only gain the abilities of neutral creeps.
  • Does not go through Spell Immunity. Therefore, Golems cannot be devoured.
  • If a neutral creep who possesses abilities is targeted, you gain all its active and passive abilities until you replace them with another creep's abilities. If you devour a creep without abilities, you will keep the abilities you had previously.
  • Gives Doom the original bounty, as well as the bonus gold corresponding to each level of the skill.
  • Doom devours at a speed of 20 HP/sec.
  • Eating creeps with more than 1400/1200/1000/800 HP will give Devour a longer cooldown.

Second Ability

Scorched Earth [Keybind: W]

Carpets the nearby earth in flames, damaging enemies while Doom gains bonus HP regen and increased movement speed.
  • Radius: 600
  • Duration: 10/12/14/16 seconds
  • Damage/Heal Per Second: 12/18/24/30
  • Movement Speed Bonus: 16%
  • Cooldown: 60/55/50/45
  • Mana Cost: 60/65/70/75
Lore: The Fallen One spreads destruction in his wake, sparing none from the flame which sustains him.
  • Is blocked by Spell Immunity.
  • Cannot be Purged.
  • Is not blocked by Linken's Sphere.
  • The flames follow Doom for the duration of the ability.
  • The regeneration and increased move speed from Scorched Earth are also conferred upon other units Doom controls.
  • Total damage dealt/healed: 120/216/336/480.

Third Ability

LVL? Death [Keybind: E]

Target Unit Enemy Heroes Magical
Ignites an enemy hero's soul, dealing base damage and a mini-stun. If the target hero's level is a multiple of the Hero Level Multiplier, or they are level 25, they will be dealt additional damage equal to 20%% of their maximum health.
  • Range: 600
  • Damage: 125/175/225/275 (+ Bonus damage equal to 20% of the target's max health)
  • Level Multiple: 6/5/4/3 or 25
  • Cooldown: 8
  • Mana Cost: 110
Lore: Lucifer shares the fire branding bestowed upon him at the time of his exile.
  • Mini-stun from LVL? Death interrupts channeling abilities.
  • Is blocked by Spell Immunity.
  • Is blocked by Linken's Sphere.

Ultimate Ability

Doom [Keybind: R]
AbilityAffectsDamage
Target Unit Enemies Pure
Inflicts a curse that prevents an enemy Hero from casting spells or using items, while taking damage over time.
  • Range: 550
  • Duration: 15 (16 with Scepter, and duration doesn't count down while the target is within 900 range of Doom)
  • Damage Per Second: 20/35/50 (40/60/80 with Scepter)
  • Cooldown: 100 seconds
  • Mana Cost: 150/200/250
  • Additional Aghanim's Bonus: Disables most passive abilities.
Lore: When a name is tolled from the bell of Vashundol, doom is sure to follow.
  • Is not blocked by Spell Immunity.
  • Is blocked by Linken's Sphere.
  • Cannot be purged.
  • Units afflicted by Doom can be denied when their HP drops below 25%.
  • Unlike other silences, Doom prevents the target from using items and disables many passive abilities.
  • Total damage dealt over time: 450/750/1050.
  • Removes positive buffs on the target before applying the debuff.
  • Has a cast point of 0.5 seconds.
