Spica Neal is a mysterious woman who appears in both Ar tonelico: Melody of Elemia and Ar tonelico II: Melody of Metafalica. Selling kitty candies to the party, as well as being a source of information, her goal is to be Queen of the Underworld. Though little is known of her, Spica's drama CD hints that she may be the daughter of Tenba president Ayano Raizer Elduke.
In Ar tonelico II: Melody of Metafalica, Spica works as a pharmacist and is good friends of Jacqli, being one of the only people who knows her true identity.
