Mike Harper is a member of the SEAL Team Six team and one of the NPCs in Call of Duty: Black Ops II. He appears alongside David Mason throughout the game's single-player campaign, showing up during a couple of the game's missions. Harper helps hunt down Raul Menendez and Cordis Die, putting a stop to their plans.
