Historie is a recurring character in the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise and is the keeper of all knowledge. Although her true form is a tome, she was able to transform into a fairy-like being when Neptune broke the seal on her.
Histoire acts as a guide for Neptune, talking to her in her head and providing her with advice and tutorials. After the CPU's are kidnapped, Histoire becomes the Oracle of Planeptune and leads it to the best of her ability.
