Rom is a recurring character in the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise and the little sister of Blanc. As a CPU Candidate, she and her sister, Ram, are the personification of the Nintendo DS. Her name is derived from ROM (Read Only Memory).
Rom tends to be quietier than Ram, often listening to what her sister tells her. After she and Nepgear went looking for her pen, the two became friends and looks up to Nepgear like a big sister.
