Kei is a character in the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise and despite her appearance is actually a girl. As the Oracle of Lastation, she is responsible for running the Basilicom during Noire's absence. She is incredibly smart and has a deep love for her CPU, Noire, despite appearing to display no feelings.
