Mina is a character in the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise and the caretaker of Rom and Ram. As the Oracle of Lowee, she is responsible for running the Basilicom during Blanc's absence. Although she is very polite, she can also instantly become very threatening towards the twins when they misbehave.
