Chika is a character in the Hyperdimension Neptunia franchise and Vert's self proclaimed sister. As the Oracle of Leanbox, she is responsible for running the Basilicom during Vert's absence. She's sassy and overly possessive when it comes to Vert, particularly when she is jealous of Nepgear's bond with Vert.
