Underling, real name Linda, is a villian in Hyperdimension Neptunia Mk-2, who constantly challenges the CPU Candidates as they try and gather the resources to save the Goddesses from the Gamindustri Graveyard.
Linda is first introduced as a soldier for ASIC and peon to CFW Magic. Due to her status as an underling, Compa and the others never use her real name and tease her about being a simple peon. She repeatedly shows up to try to accomplish her goals and destroy the CPUs, though she is constantly defeated every time.
