Cedr is a young man who lives in Cebalrai and takes care of Meemai in Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean. He is fond of forest animals, such as Greythornes and Pows, and after Xelha's sacrifice, he and Palolo III find the shell from which she emerges.
