Monsoon is a female Cyborg Ninja and a member of Desperado Enforcement PMC. She is part of the Winds of Destruction group alongwith Sundowner and Monsoon, and is named after the dry northern winds that blow from the Alps to the Mediterranean.
Mistral fights using weapons called “Etrangers” in a variety of ways such as using them as whips and rods. She can also take the arms of Dwarf Gekko and attach them to her body and then using them as weapons also.
She can attach up to 14 arms of Dwarf Gekko/Scarabs on her body, with 7 arms on each side.
