Noa is a playable racer in Fuel Overdose and a member of a small tribe that was unknowingly sitting on the biggest vaccine storage in the Southern hemisphere. The Consortium, wanting to control all of the vaccine surplus, waged an epic battle on the the tribe. Fearing a second assault, the villagers hid the children in the nearby mountain and never returned. The children soon organized and elected Noa as their only hope to obtain the precious vaccine.
