Ryuhei is a playable racer in Fuel Overdose and a member of the Japan clan, which retreated to the old beliefs of the samurai code after Japan was frozen by the creation of a new pole in the pacific ocean. Deeply dedicated to the code, Ryuhei volunteered to participate in the Race of Chaos when finding vaccine became an issue, even if that means exile from the clan forever for leaving the village.
