Kiyoto Kaidou is the main protagonist of Liberation Maiden SIN.
He is the newly appointed Chief Aide to President Shouko Oozora, as well as her childhood friend, having been discovered by her in a war zone when they were around 5 years old. He has no memory prior to being discovered, and he has a special ability to read other people's minds.
