First Ability

Earth Spike [Keybind: Q]

Rock spikes burst from the earth along a straight path. Enemy units are hurled into the air, then are stunned and will take damage when they fall.
  • Range: 500
  • Radius: 125
  • Duration: 1.02/1.52/2.02/2.52
  • Length: 825
  • Damage: 80/140/200/260
  • Cooldown: 12 seconds
  • Mana Cost: 100/120/145/170
Lore: The Demon Witch exercises his demonic covenant, opening a fissure from hell.
  • Is blocked by Spell Immunity.
  • Is blocked by Linken's Sphere.
  • Cannot be purged.
  • Hit units will fly for 0.52 seconds before the real stun is applied (hence the uneven stun duration).
  • The rock spikes travel for a length of 825 units, and hit units in a 125 radius around this line, therefore enemies at a distance of 950 units are hit
  • The skill can only be targeted at a range of 500 units on enemies or the ground, but hits units up to 950 units away
  • The wave of tendrils moves at 1600 units per second.
  • If Earth Spike hits an invisible unit the damage graphic is still displayed.

Second Ability

Hex [Keybind: W]

Transforms an enemy unit into a harmless beast, with all special abilities disabled.
  • Range: 500
  • Duration: 2.5/3/3.5/4
  • Cooldown: 30/24/18/12
  • Mana Cost: 125/150/175/200
Lore: Lion is compelled to share his transfiguration, twisting the essence of those who oppose him.
  • Is blocked by Spell Immunity.
  • Is blocked by Linken's Sphere.
  • Can be purged.
  • Instantly destroys illusions.
  • The target will have a base movement speed of 100.
  • Hex disables damage block and evasion.
  • Hex disables experience gain.

Third Ability

Mana Drain [Keybind: E]

Channeled Enemies
Channeled - Absorbs the magical energies of a target enemy unit by taking mana from it every second.
  • Range: 850
  • Channel Time: 5
  • Mana per Second: 20/40/60/120
  • Break Distance: 1200
  • Cooldown: 20/15/10/5
  • Mana Cost: 10
Lore: Lesser magi are nothing more than a source of magical restoration for the Demon Witch.
  • Is blocked by Spell Immunity.
  • Is blocked by Linken's Sphere.
  • Cannot be purged.
  • Destroys Illusions after 0.1 seconds.
  • Can continue to drain as long as the target is within 1200 range from Lion and they remain visible.
  • Total mana drained (100/200/300/600).

Ultimate Ability

Finger of Death [Keybind: R]
AbilityAffectsDamage
Target Unit Enemies Magical
Rips at an enemy unit, trying to turn it inside-out. Deals massive damage.
  • Range: 900
  • Damage: 600/725/850 (725/875/1025 with Scepter)
  • Cooldown: 160/100/40 (100/60/20 with Scepter)
  • Mana Cost: 200/420/650 (625 with Scepter)
  • Aghanim's Scepter: Now also causes Finger of Death to hit units within a 200 AoE of the primary target
Lore: Lion's disfigured hand is also the source of his greatest power, capable of flooding victims with malefic force.
  • Is blocked by Spell Immunity.
  • Is blocked by Linken's Sphere.
  • Finger of Death has a 0.25 delay before the damage is applied after the spell is cast, allowing certain abilities to avoid the damage.
