Astaroth is a character, and main antagonist, in the Ghosts 'n Goblins series of games.
He almost always appears as a large demon with horns and an open, red robe of some kind, where it is seen he has another face on his stomach area. Both his normal head and his other can perform attacks, such as breathing fire. Astaroth is also very adept at using magic, able to create illusions and even fly in Ultimate Ghosts 'n Goblins.
