Phillipe Loren is the leader of The Syndicate, a group of three gangs that works under one unified group, in Saints Row: The Third. He's a very powerful man, as he's an international arms dealer and the leader of the criminal underworld in Steelport. He was born in Belgium and has been described as being similar to a James Bond villains. He appears to be very wealthy, as he owns his own plane, as well as a skyscraper or two in the city.
