Chang'e, the Chinese Faerie of the Moon, is a high sustain, high mobility champion that does great at laning. As long as her jungler donates the blue to her, she can stay in the lane for a very long time because she has a heal and a rabbit that she can use sell and buy all her items for her in the shop without having to go back. Her rabbit also grants her 25% movement speed when she uses her dance abilities. Overall Chang'e has a very good sustain that allows her to outlane her opponents.
