Thunder Clap is always skilled and maxed first.
Drunken Haze is usually skilled and maxed last, although an early point is highly advised if laning mid or vs a melee solo hero.
Drunken Brawler is usually skilled second and maxed second.
Primal Split is always skilled (levels 6, 11 and 16).
