Kazuhira Miller, also known as Kaz or Master Miller, was the second-in-command of the Militaires Sans Frontières organisation in the Metal Gear Solid series during the 1970s and FOXHOUND's survival trainer during the 1990s.
He appears in both Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker, Metal Gear Solid 2, and the upcoming videogame Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes.
