Lloyd Irving is the central character of Tales of Symphonia. Lloyd is a very idealistic person and makes up for his lack of knowledge about the world with his natural skill and logic. lloyd puts himself in the middle of an epic journey once a childhood friends safety is at risk because of it. Lloyd makes it his business to help his friends and the world the best he can and as such he develops into a great leader over the course of the game his fellow allies recognize this and praise him for the idealistic person he develops into. Lloyd uitlizes dual blades to combat his foes Kratos eventually asks lloyd why he chose two swords and he asnwers two swords equals double the power.
