Victor Vance is a former soldier who is the main protagonist of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Kicked out of the army because of his superior's betrayal, he began to build a criminal empire in Vice City.
Though Victor has a short-temper, he is better at controlling his emotions than his brother. Often shown as a cold, rivaled man, he is compassionate and friendly towards his closer friends. His family he holds above all, treating them with love and respect.
