Greenheart Games was founded in July 2012 by brothers Patrick and Daniel Klug with a mission to develop games that are fun to play instead of mind numbing money grabbers. Less social, less ville, more game.
Their first game was Game Dev Tycoon which draws inspiration from the popular Game Dev Story. However, the brothers decided that they wanted a more classic Tycoon style game with less of the social gaming aspects such as friend invites, special currencies, etc. Building the game from the ground up, they released Game Dev Tycoon in 2013 and are now attempting to get it Greenlit on Steam.
