If customers are at 1 heart level and your podium heart will not hold them long enough then move the pointer over the customer and quotholdquot them until your podium heart is full The customer will not be able to leave
Efficient service
If your table is full and there are three or more packs of guests click the table that is ready and go to the podium Serve the food then go to the podium Repeat the move until the table is empty
More money
If you are on the second restaurant and your customers are at full hearts give them more beverages They will pay you more money than normal
