When you complete the game you may receive a permanent unlockable item if you are compared to somebody good by the old man If you save the battle just before you kill the last person in the final battle then continuously complete the game and resuming the battle the old man will keep giving you new items and your craft will also increase After awhile he will no longer give you any more items However your craft will continue to increase so you could start a game with as much as 15000 craft if you repeat it enough times
Higher Morale for SHU
When you make an army put the 5 tiger generals like Guan Yu Zhang Fei Ma Chao Zhao Yun and Huang Zhong into the same party and at the beginning of each battle they will talk and get morale10
Higher Morales for Wu
When you form a army with Sun Ce Sun Shang Xiang Sun Quan you will get a boost of 10 morale

Special Tactics
Whenever you have two or more people that are friends in an army they will do special tactics together if you set them up correctly such as a Double Blade Family Bond and Triple Strike Others will have tactics that will do other things For example if you have Sun Ce and Sun Quan together in a tactic combo they will do the tactic Conqueror If you have Lu Ling Qi and Lu Bu together you will do the special tactic Warriors Blood Note Conqueror and Warriors Blood can only be used once in a battle
