Monster Hunter Freedom 2 Overview
In Monster Hunter Portable 3rd HD version as the title suggests the player takes on the role of a villages Hunter in a fantasy enviroment and earns money and rewards by undergoing quests from the village elder and eventually the hunters guild.The game features an extensive single player mode, aswell as a online co op mode three times the length of the solo campaign (although co op is recomended it can be played with one player)
Portable 3rd HD version also incorporates an updated version of the felyne companion system from previous installments which allows a hunter to purchase up to 8 felyne's to work on your farm and accompany you on quests (a slightly more accident prone answer to offline co op) the companions can even be equipped with new armor and weapons made from monster parts called Scraps.
