Naruto: Ninja Council 2 European Version is actually the third installment in the Ninja Council franchise, despite Naruto: Ninja Council 3 following it. Deleveloped by Aspect for release on the Nintendo DS, it is refered to as Naruto: Saikyō Ninja Daikesshū 3 and was only released in Japan and Europe (explaining why the 4th installment in the US was called Naruto: Ninja Council 3 rather than 4).
