Wind style rasen shiruken
in order to use the rasen shiruken you have to get the 2 shadow clone scroll and equip it and at least move the scroll and replace an unused scroll then you use the 2 shadow clones and press and hold the rasengan button after that you should be able to use it and that should defeat the lightning genryu for you A lot of requests about that
