Finish the game in Advanced mode and go to the options screen Expert mode will have been added to the list
Level skip
During Game Start screen Press CCBBABBBBBCABCBCABBBBC Start
You will hear a loud ding and a level skip will be on options menu

Get to the Chapter 1 screen then press C A B A C A B A
